Ever since the merger between Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable over 2 years ago the complaints coming in regarding the cable TV service has significantly reduced.

As part of the agreement with the state Public Service Commission, Charter was required to reduce customer dissatisfaction for its Spectrum TV service. The agreement required the reduction to come down up to 17.5% in 2018 as referenced by Time Warner Cables 2014 numbers. In a recent filing with the PSC, Charter reported that its complaint rate for 2018 passed the required threshold. They, however, did not disclose the exact number.
This a positive page for the cable TV provider considering the year they had last year and hopefully the numbers will keep going up and customer satisfaction will remain a top priority for the company.
